The Miss Missouri Teen Volunteer pageant is more than just a beauty pageant. It is part of the Miss Teen Volunteer America Pageant, which provides scholarship money to contestants.  In addition to the scholarships, the program offers teens across Missouri the opportunity to enhance their communication skills, interact with the community and develop skills that will empower them for the rest of their life. 

As Miss Missouri Teen Volunteer, she will represent the state of Missouri as an ambassador. She will meet many exciting people across the state and must be comfortable in diverse backgrounds. These experiences will enrich her life and allow her to make an impact in the lives of many Missourians during her year of service.  

Stages of Competition:

Miss Missouri Teen Volunteer is comprised of four stages of competition; onstage question is only used in the final ballot process.

• Interview - 25%

• Talent - 25%

• Evening Gown - 25%

• Fitness & Wellness - 25%

• Onstage Question - Top 5 Finalists

Contestant Requirements:

• Contestants must be at least 13 years old and must not be older than 18 on the date that their deposit is paid and they are assigned a title.

• Residency: Be a resident or employee in the state of Missouri. Be full-time student at a high-school or an accredited college or university in the state of Missouri.

• Specific details about age, residency, education requirements and more are in the Official State Contestant Agreement.
