Jaclyn is a recent graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she completed dual majors in Dance and Exercise Science. During her time at SEMO, she was highly involved on campus, serving as captain of the dance team, president of the running club, a personal trainer, and an Orientation Leader.

She recently completed an internship with the strength and conditioning program at William Woods University, which culminated in her attending the National Strength and Conditioning Association Conference. This experience deepened her knowledge in the field and strengthened her commitment to empowering women through strength training and fitness education.

Passionate about both mental and physical health advocacy, Jaclyn leads the Serve Initiative: The War Inside, which focuses on addressing mental illness among veterans. Recognizing that mental health is physical health, she partners with Welcome Home: A Community for Veterans to launch fundraisers blending physical fitness with mental health awareness—raising over $6,000 in the past three years.

Inspired by heartfelt conversations with veterans and their families, Jaclyn developed FLAG, a supportive curriculum designed to help families better understand and assist their loved ones struggling with mental health challenges.

When she’s not advocating for holistic health or working with veterans, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her large family, listening to classic rock music, and checking national parks off her bucket list—she plans to hike in every one!
